Exquisite “lush nature” design with grand scale, high ceilings & serene ambiance · Pleasantly surprised with thoughtful complimentary services provided for our wedding anniversary staycation (late check-out, room upgrade, cute decorations, tiny cake & 1 FOC poolside bar drink!) · Room was comfortable with large-sized bed, other useful furnishings & luxurious-branded toiletries · Great facilities; ample-sized indoor-outdoor pool with poolside bar and gorgeous restaurant with limited but varied breakfast menu · Staff was wonderful; most were friendly & greeted/served us politely and especially front-desk staff Natasha who was warm, welcoming & good-humored while engaging us in delightful conversation during our check-in process!

Had a fantastic stay at the Pan Pacific Orchard! The room was more spaceous than expected, as the windows are huge and the ceiling is high. Beds were very comfy, and the cleaning was excellent everyday. Breakfast was also incredible, with lots of options (both Western and Asian) and the staff was always really friendly and polite (especially the main omelette chef!). The pool area is wonderful, what an amazing view and exceptional design, also very clean and staff around was very helpful and kind. The bar in the reception is also great, the price for cocktails was very reasonable, and it's once again a very cool design of the whole area. The food were perhaps a bit pricey, but that is to be expected to be honest. We also asked for a late check-out as our flight didn't leave until midnight, and they weren't able to accommodate us, however the staff was kind enough to extend our check-out with a couple of hours at least, which we appreciated. The staff in the reception area was also very kind to help call taxis for us whenever we needed, and we felt very taken-cared of. The location is amazing, right behind Orchard road, just a short walk away. Overall, a wonderful experience, with great staff, great facilities, and great food! We will definitely be returning :)

Awesome service and facilities. Stayed in this hotel for six nights and tried the Mediterranean restaurant for family dinner (of 6) as well as for breakfasts. We also ordered Hainam Chicken Rice for room service, and the taste was beyond what we expected. Very good. We visited the Pacific Breeze for dinner and Fahmi recommended some food those just perfect to our taste, and helped us customized the Club Sandwich ingredients. Really cool. Excellent service! Would recommend to our colleague and family/ friends.

An amazing hotel, clean, well thought, beautiful to look at! I loved the diptyque products in the bathroom. The room had a sliding door and we could go outside to look at orchard road. Most of the staff were super nice and helpful. We really felt welcomed and valued.
